Points faibles : Propreté, service et personnel, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.
Arrive and nobody was there, waited for couple of minutes finally see a bossy slow old man in reception, and had no idea how to find a reservation by names.
Room is in bad conditiin, many things older than my age and was not powered on for a long time, such as fridge heater and TV, need to learn how to make them working by switching buttons on the wall and inside the fridge...
No hot water!!! Went to see the old man and was asked to wait for 5 mins, then nothing happened so I had to ask again and said need to wait for 10 mins now. Also I was asked to listen to him all the time rudely, I only tried to ask what was wrong and if we can change another room because my daughter was so cold in the bath room after waiting for hot water for a long time already. There were plenty vacancy that day but he said you will NOT get another room.
Finally the hot water tank was switched on, the gas was lit on then it started to heat....we have to wait for another hour to have hot water to shower at 9pm. I suspect they just turn everything off when the room was vacant, and just don't turn them on before the new guest arrived.
Sleeping time, there were hairs on the beds and sheets, long and short...I am too tired to complaint and don't want to be rudely asked to be quiet again......
