Welcome to your perfect beach getaway in Ocean City, NJ! This beautiful Northend first-floor condo, built by Halliday-Leonard, offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Living Space: Cozy living room with a built-in fireplace, perfect for family gatherings.

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. The kitchen comes equipped with all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils

Bedrooms: Comfortable and spacious bedrooms with carpet. Bedsheets are included. The 3rd bedroom has an additional trundle bed under the bunk.

Bathrooms: Two full baths with ceramic tile. Bath towels are included.

Outdoor Space: Enjoy the ocean breeze from the front deck. The condo also includes an enclosed outside shower.

Parking: One-car garage and additional parking space for one more car. The street has additional angled parking.

Convenience: Central air conditioning, forced-air heating, washer and dryer, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bikes and beach chairs are included, as well as beach tags. TV's include Amazon Fire Sticks.

Beach & Boardwalk: Just a short walk to the beautiful Ocean City beach and boardwalk.

Solid Location in Ocean City
Good house, great porch. Good amount of parking directly in front of the house. Very clean and nice amenities included with the stay. Only downside was the bedframe in the primary bedroom must be relatively new as the door couldn’t shut past it. Hoping that gets fixed going forward. Also the cleaning crew was still operating past our check-in time leaving some of us waiting out front for 15 minutes or so. Not that big of a deal. Would come back again.

Doesn't get any better!
The house was roomy and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend at the beach. Short drive from the bay side and the beach side. You could easily walk to the beach near 4th street (12 mins for us) or drive within a few minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable for the adults and kids -- my son loved the fun colored lights as well in the kid room. Front porch was a nice spot to eat outside with the kids. Would definitely stay again!

All the comforts of home
We were all pleased at how comfortable the house made us feel. We have stayed at a number of different houses in Ocean City, but this place was the one where the adults and the kids all were at ease and comfortable. I would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great Choice!
Great choice for a beach trip to OC. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the beach so having the bikes made all the difference. Great location near ice cream, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful home with lots of space.

Great rental for family getaway
House was great for our trip. There were 8 of us, grandparents, son and daughter and their families which includes two 21 month old cousins. The main bedrooms both had room for portacribs. The kitchen and living room area was plenty big enough that we never felt crowded. Front porch was our favorite place and has a gate which allowed us to sit out there while the kids ran around and played with their toys without fear of them going down the steps. The house itself had everything we needed and then some. If you forget anything John likely already has it in the house. Grocery store and a playground are 4 blocks away. Beach is walkable but when we drove parking spots were available within a block or so. Also we had 3 cars and never had issues parking in front of the house. Neighbors live there year round and are great people. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick get away in OC NJ
The property was clean, spacious and cozy. We were a group of four. The location was perfect. It was between the bay and the beach, a little closer to the bay. The property manager was very communicative. Parking was easy both in front and behind the house. It was a great short get away.
