Disappointed. Could have been better.
The unit is as pictured. However, we experienced a number of problems with our stay that went without resolution. First, access to the property is kind of a nightmare. When you check in, you have to go through an inaccessible entrance, so I rolled up with a cart and had there was no ramp to get in the front entry (only the side and you can't enter without a key fob). I found out on the day of check in that every guest of the unit needs to be listed on the unit with the concierge. If not, you have to keep track of 1 key fob. Despite sending the names of the other guest to the property manager right away, the names never got added, so we experienced a TON of inconvenience and frustration relating to door access.
Next, upon arrival I tried to turn on the living room TV and despite trouble shooting for an unreasonable amount of time, I could not get it to allow viewing of regular channels, nor would it allow it to connect to the internet for streaming to be accessed. Despite calling and messaging the property manage and unit contact, all I was told is "I don't know what the problem is with the TV." This was very problematic, as my friend and I were there for a conference and had a babysitter staying with a 3 year old while were were there. No TV access at all in the living room, with NO effort to assist with it was very disappointing.
The unit was well furnished, including kitchen essentials. We enjoyed the patio space.
