This designer decorated home (approx. 1500 sq ft ranch) is the perfect "home away from home" for anyone in town for family gatherings and re-unions, for business, weddings, events, house hunting, etc. It is comfortable and cozy, and bright and airy with lots of natural light. It is perfect for entertaining!
The family room with big screen TV is well appointed with French doors leading to a large deck on one side of the room and a large dining area on the other side. The dining table seats 6 and has large windows looking out to 6 beautiful Bradford pear trees. The happy kitchen is fully equipped and very bright. Off of the kitchen is another living/reading/study area with a nice sized desk and a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens and spacious closets. The master has a large bright bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. We have a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer.
We are pet friendly (for a little extra) and have a nice sized fenced back yard that has a second fenced in area on the side of the deck. The deck is large with a table for 6 and lots of seating and an outdoor grill. The dog park is just around the corner. Walk your dog there and then head to one of Canton Street's dog friendly restaurants!
Historic Roswell has become a "destination" because of it's hip, thriving, diverse dining, shopping, parks and recreation, culture and arts district on Canton Street and the surrounding area, with 30 plus restaurants, many award winning! There is so much within walking distance! There is no lack of things to do in Roswell whether it be a historical tour, a cultural event, visiting art galleries, exploring the Chattahoochee, or enjoying one of the many award winning parks and hiking trails. Enjoy Roswell's famous "ALIVE IN ROSWELL" street party within walking distance of the house on the 3rd Thursday of every month from April through October! Also, Roswell has many event and wedding venues within a 2-3 mile radius...

Beautiful Home close to everything Roswell
Property was very clean and Terri (Host) provides everything you need for a lengthy stay. Terri was prompt in answering all questions and property was exactly as pictured. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of blankets were provided. Best of all the property is within walking distance to Roswell Main Street. Great restaurants and shops. A++++++ home

Month long stay
This place was wonderful for our month long stay with our two dogs. The house was very clean and well kept. Backyard was completely fenced (no grass, but plenty of mulch areas). Street was very quiet. Dog park was just a few blocks away. Location was great in Roswell within walking distance to Canton Street. Our host, Terry, was absolutely great! She was very friendly, helpful and oh so nice! She was also very responsive. As one example, the washing machine quit working during our extended stay. She purchased a new machine and had it delivered and working in less than two days. Certainly a superhost!

Great house and staff!
This property was just perfect for our employees to set up camp for a month during the perfect game World Series! The house manager (Shea) and owner (Terry) were beyond accommodating to say the least! The house is right in the heart of Roswell where the town offers an arrangement of restaurants and shops to meet your wants and needs with out repeat! This made our extended stay fun…like a retreat:)) Thank you ladies for taking care of all our guys….we will be back next summer as they are now spoiled lol!

Great stay!
We stayed here for a month this little house was perfect for our family. Enough space for everyone all the essentials were provided. Nice, super quiet neighborhood, walkable to restaurants. Fenced area for our dog and place to park cars out of the elements. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect house in perfect location
If you want - An adorable house - Well-furnished with everything you need - To be close to everything - A super-responsive owner (minutes by text) This is the property. Around the corner is a diner for breakfast for when we were too lazy. Down the street is Canton Street and all the cute shops and restaurants. The house itself had literally everything we needed;. they really thought of everything. We felt pampered staying here.

Amazing temporary home!
The home was so cozy and comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We were able to settle in quickly and it felt like home right away. Loved the backyard for our dogs and they definitely miss it! It was great being within walking distance to Old Roswell, with all the wonderful restaurants and shops. THE perfect place to stay for 25 days while our new home was being completed.

Splendid home away from home
We have enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. It is wonderfully decorated and well suited for several months needed during our transition into a more permanent home in the area. It couldn't be more enjoyable with the surrounding walking to Canton St. and Roswell park just down the street. The front yard is like a little nature preserve, and the back is fully fenced. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived, and our stay has been very accommodating.

Comfy, Clean, and Great Location
We loved our stay and Terry could not made us feel more welcome. The home is beautifully appointed and had everything we needed from comfortable beds, thick towels, snacks, water and coffee. We felt like treasured guests. The location was great we were only a 1.3 miles from my son (we had come for our oldest granddaughters high school graduation). Everything was right there, Canton St, all sorts of shopping, places to eat, and easy access to main roads. The yard was beautiful, had plenty of parking. Very comfy, clean, cozy, and quiet. Comfortable home in convenient and quiet location
Thanks to Terry for an enjoyable stay at this great vacation home. It was a short drive to Marietta where my son and family live but provided me with some quiet down time to relax. I walked my dog in the Waggy World dog park a short drive away. Bedrooms comfortable with great linens and towels. Visited the Smith Plantation in Roswell and enjoyed some of the interesting shops/restaurants only a few blocks from the home. Home was very clean and Terry's pleasant decorating made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect Home Away from Home!
Our family was moving and was looking for a place to stay in the interim between houses. This was the perfect location. The house was in great proximity to Downtown Roswell, but was also very quiet which was perfect for our toddler to sleep. The back yard was wonderful as well for our dogs to run around and since it was fenced they could enjoy the back deck as well. If you're looking for a great home, within walking distance to restaurants, but still quiet in the evenings this is the perfect location.

The house was beyond our expectations . The pictures did not do it justice. Beats any hotel.
This was an amazing experience for our family. The property truly felt like home away from home. So many details were available that were unexpected. The decor was very modern and new and extremely tasteful. The internet worked well as did everything. Instructions on how to use anything necessary were available and easy to locate. Communication from the owner was immediate response . The outdoors was spacious with a garage and deck. Having 2 complete bathrooms was wonderful and the towels and other linens were 1st class . The owner did not skimp on anything . There was complimentary coffee and bottle water available . Having a washer and dryer also available was a bonus . The large flat screen tv and seperate living and den areas were well designed for privacy and entertaining . I personally cannot imagine staying in a hotel when the option to stay in such a comfortable and yet lovely home is available. Staying there took so much lstress out of our travel. I hope when we return to the area, the house will be available again, because it truly felt like home! The owner was a delight to work with. RLD

This property was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable interior and great outdoor fenced space!
Everything inside is like new! It probably is new. Nice decor and very comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen. Favorite part was the outdoor area - nice deck with table and 6 chairs. Cool bench seating with lots of pillows. Very large fenced in yard. Property very convenient to downtown Roswell and just overall heart ATL location. Felt like a very safe area. Will return !! Beats a hotel anytime!! And, finally, the owners are TERRIFIC! Great communication and very accommodating . We stayed when we had to evacuate for Hurricsne Matthew. Forever grateful! If you need a comfortable, convenient place for your family, RENT this place .
