The Space:

Whether you’re sipping drinks on the deck overlooking the pines, enjoying a BBQ cookout with two nearby picnic tables, or exploring our cabana—your private retreat awaits. The cabana is a destination in itself, complete with a grill, 7-person hot tub, and a cozy fire pit perfect for late-night conversations. We’ve even provided an outdoor toy bucket to keep the little ones entertained. And whatever you do during your stay, don’t miss our breathtaking sunsets and crystal-clear night skies.

Step inside and feel instantly at home among our rustic Idaho décor and warm ambiance. The living room features an oversized sectional sofa, ideal for movie nights or playing board games like North Idaho Monopoly around the coffee table. Enjoy the comforting glow of the electric fireplace as you relax with your group.

Gourmet Kitchen & Cozy Dining
Our kitchen welcomes you with snacks to get you started. Equipped with pine cabinets and ample granite counter space, it’s perfect for whipping up your favorite meals. Guests rave about our coffee & tea bar, fully stocked with a Keurig machine, K-Cups, a coffee pot with provided grounds, half & half, sugar, tea bags, and hot cocoa. As your day unwinds, saddle up to our counter bar for a snack or nightcap.

Room for Everyone
Our four bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests, with additional sleeping options available. Larger groups? No problem! Send us a message, and we’ll see if our home is a good fit. We offer two full-size air mattresses upon request. Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with blue and gray bedding and large windows framing serene pine tree views.

Guest Access:
The Home is accessed with a keyless entry door lock! We will send you a personalized code for your stay 15 minutes prior to check-in along with any check-in instructions you need for your stay! Early and Late check-ins are available upon request.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located on a private country dirt road with plenty of privacy from any neighbors. Enjoy feeling tucked away in your own private oasis.

Other Things to Note:
ARRIVAL & PARKING
As our home is accessed by a dirt road, during winter months four-wheel drive is required. Otherwise, our home is accessible by any vehicle when there is no snow.
Upon arrival, please pull into the second driveway to your right. You will see the cabana on your left and the home will be directly in front of you. We have plenty of parking for multiple cars as well as a RVs, boats or trailers. We do allow for additional Camper and RV parking for additional guests. Please ask us for more information.

GUEST CHECK-IN FORM:
You will receive a guest check-in form immediately upon booking. Please review and fill it out within 48 hours to fully confirm your booking. We kindly appreciate it!

QUIET HOURS:
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

PLEASE NOTE: EV charging is not allowed at our homes without prior approval. If you need to charge your electric vehicle, please contact us in advance to discuss the options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
