« This home is perfect besides the owners taking our money outside of the Vrbo app and did not refund it back when we did not want to the extra night’s stay. I understand that times are hard, but no one should feel comfortable stealing from people who genuinely paid a great price to stay at the location. »

« The house was spacious and in a great location, but we ran into many issues while staying there. The icemaker in the freezer of the refrigerator didn't work and random things were broken throughout the house. There were no ice trays in the freezer, so when we reached out to Vacasa about no ice they told us to go buy a bag of ice, however they did refund a tiny portion of our stay because of it. Floors in the kitchen were sticky so we had to wear shoes, and the cleanliness in general wasn't...
