« I was celebrating my 50th birthday with a group of friends. This house was perfect for all of us. Plenty of space, very comfortable and cozy house with everything you need to have a great stay. The beds were very comfortable as well. It was very easy and cheap to get Ubers to downtown and back. I would absolutely stay at this house again. Everyone agreed it was a place we'd like to come back to every year! Monica was a great host, so friendly and welcoming and very responsive. »

« We booked well in advance due to the stay was on Christmas. Bill was very attentive to responding to any questions I had. There was a huge hurricane that went through Asheville and he was informative about the property’s condition. No damages, just the utilities went out and a few trees. My family had a wonderful stay, it checked all the boxes as far as rooms, space, and nearby attractions like the Biltmore estates. Its truely a unique home! »

« We had an excellent stay here for a friend's bachelor celebration. 12 men in their mid-30s slept comfortably, and the house was an excellent fit for our needs. Great view, close to downtown/River Arts so the Ubers and Lyfts are cheap, and an incredibly accommodating host. Can't recommend this place enough for a stay in Asheville that needs to fit a large group. It's hard to find something that fits this many people this close to town. »
