The two-level home features an open-concept living area filled with natural light from large windows throughout. In the cozy living room, you'll find a comfortable seating area, gas log fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, excellent for movie nights after a day of exploring Asheville's attractions. The dining space provides ample seating for the entire group, creating a welcoming atmosphere for sharing meals. Our well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine, state-of-the-art appliances, and plenty of cooking essentials to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.

Please note that our charming sunroom offers an excellent space for reading or lounging, but be aware that it is not temperature controlled and may get warm or cool depending on the weather.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to our entire home during their stay, allowing for a private and uninterrupted experience. To ensure easy access, the property is equipped with a smart lock system for self-check-in. Free parking is available on the premises for our guests' convenience.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is well established and you will often see joggers and people walking their dogs.

Asheville flourishes during the summer season, thanks to its temperate climate and vast array of outdoor activities. Our property serves as a superb choice for upcoming holidays like Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving, as well as the idyllic summer vacation. For our pet-loving guests, this property is pet-friendly, with a fee of $20 per dog per night. Please familiarize yourself with our house rules, including check-in and check-out times, fees, and pet regulations. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with violations incurring a $200 ozone cleaning fee. Although we recommend having a car for ease of transportation, guests can also pre-book Uber and Lyft rides via their app. By booking our Asheville retreat, you agree to our house rules and acknowledge our property layout and specifications.
