Recently remodeled. 78 private acres including a lake. Perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy the outdoors - wildlife, fire pit & BBQ. 1.5 mile trail on property. The best of both worlds - peace and quiet and - only 5 minutes from Lake Murray State Park and lodge - rent a boat / jet ski / kayak, play putt putt golf, hike or mountain bike. - only 10 minutes from Ardmore with great restaurants, antique shopping and all the major stores for groceries etc. Wifi recently upgraded to 200 Mbps.

Family Lake Retreat
Great place for a family retreat minutes from lake Murray. We had all our grown kids and grandkids with us and had a terrific time. Large beautiful property with a small lake that we enjoyed fishing and putting our kayaks on. House was very nicely remodeled and everything worked well. Plenty of room for parking our pontoon and waverunner trailers.

Outstanding views
We go camping every year with my sister in law and this year i was in charge of picking the VRBO. We will be back most definitely. We didn't bring ATV but the trails were great. Next time we will bring a canoe. Very clean and updated. We didnt catch any fish but saw the snakes. Kids enjoyed the playground and was able to entertain themselves . Love love love this place.

Some dads and kids stayed here for a local baseball tournament. The house is great and the land and pond were awesome! We loved it and just wish it didn’t rain all weekend so we could fish longer (and play baseball).

Girl's Trip
There were 5 of us. We were celebrating almost 50 years of friendship and we were all turning 60 within weeks of each other. We fished, walked and explored. We couldnt have asked for a better place to accomodate anything we wanted to do. Stores were close enough as well as the sunset cruise we went on at Lake Murray. This will be the first place I will see if its available for trips with my grandkids as well. This will be a return trip with my friends for sure. Thank you so much! Wallie P

Great Retreat Away From Home
We loved this place! It was so peaceful and beautiful! The house was newly rennovated and had everything we needed. The animals in their natural habitats, undisturbed were so amazing. My husband caught lots of fish. The sunrises and sunsets were very pretty. Just an overall great getaway!

Great little getaway
This house was recently remodeled and sits on a beautifully manicured property that offers peace and quiet and closer proximity to Lake Murray. We took my son and a few of his friends up for an extended birthday weekend of fishing. The property has a private pond on it and Lake Murray is a mile away. The grounds keeper for the properly lives next door and dues guided fishing trips on Murray and Texoma and he is to notch. My wife and I relaxed while the boys fished and explored. No one their phones or complaining that they were bored. The place is truly a hidden treasure just 15 minutes from the city center of Ardmore where you can shop for anything you forgot.

Nice post holiday decompressing time!
This is our, heck I have lost count, maybe 6th stay? It never disappoints! Nice house on an amazing almost 80 acres of land with fishing pond and trails! We brought our dog who loves to play off leash ( I will warn those who want to do this with their dog that coyotes are around on the perimeter at times (mostly at night though) so I wouldnt let your dog just run free without supervision. The place stays mostly warm and it is about 15 mins from town. They have added a nice kids play area which my son liked playing on. Its not an area that you go to so that you can stay busy with lots of attractions. This place is where you come to "be" and relax. There is a State Park within minutes of the property though! I like that they keep tryign to improve on the place itself and are doing a great job. I still think the fridge just needs to be replaced though.. The fridge part works but its a very cranky appliance that makes lots of noise and the icemaker doesnt work still. Crossing my fingers this is something that gets replaced (the whole thing) during renovations. But otherwise everything is awesome! Plenty of room for a nice size family!

Great family time to celebrate 70th bday!
This is our 2nd stay and as before we had a fantastic time. The house is clean, well supplied and extremely comfortable. The view from the deck is priceless. The grandchildren enjoyed exploring and fishing. You will not be disappointed and will want to return. The new playground was a huge hit.

We absolutely LOVE this property! Our friends rented it last year and we returned with our friends and kids and we will be back for a couples weekend in September! Beautiful scenery and the pond was great except no big catches but was suitable for the kids. We definitely will make this a yearly trip!

Beautiful Property!
This was our 2nd stay at the house! It’s absolutely perfect for our family vacations! Last stay was in November 2022. We had all the fall weather and took full advantage of the fire pit and outdoor amenities as well as the pond! This summer stay was just as amazing! The pond was amazing, lots of fun fishing for the kids and dads! We loved how centrally located it was to the state park! The house is beautiful and truly has plenty of room to spread out for all 11 of us!

The property is beautiful and well-maintained! Easy access from I-35 and to Lake Murray. If you’re pulling a boat, the gate entry is a bit tight but definitely doable. Would love to go back!

This property has something for everyone. Front porch is great for a relaxing read. Lots of land to explore, and good fishing from a shaded dock. Lots of opportunity to view wildlife. House is clean and comfortable. This was my third visit, and I have every intention to return. Highly recommend!
