"The property was quaint and as expected from other reviews and the listing details. It felt rather damp but there were electric fan heaters in each room which quickly warmed the place up. The Wi-Fi kept going off and we were unable to make the tv work but that wasn’t an issue as we were only there for two nights."

"We booked this property for our three day trip to Isle of Skye and were blown away. Easily the best place we stayed during our 9 days around Scotland. The property was in an absolutely stunning location with unobstructed waterfront views, clean, well cared for, and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store in Broadford. Plenty of space for car parking as well. The hosts were friendly and communicated well! Would highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay in Kyle at this Vrbo. Good place to be to get to the Isle of Skye. Host was very pleasant. We walked all over town and to the bridge. We only stayed 2 nights. Next time I’d like to stay at least 3."

"We had a great time on Skye, staying at Shore Cottage. It was just what we needed as a group of 3 couples travelling by van. We were able to spread out and relax. the views across the water to Portree and the Old man of Storr, first thing in the morning was fantastic. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Lovely Stay. Easy checking and comfortable Room.

"Booked the room with the queen size bed and a pill out couch for the kiddo. Loved the vintage feel of the room except that the shower had a slow drain. We contacted the front desk and this young lady came over right away and fixed it. Great water pressure. We also had dinner at the restaurant and had a lovely view of Bradford Bay in front of the hotel. We were taken care of by the same young lady that checked us in and help us with the drain situation. We were a bit worried she was the only staff at the hotel. She was lovely and had a great positive attitude. "
