Also electric and water are extra if you use more than $50 worth. You think way more about your electric and water use than you should on vacation. Beth and Phil's unit was well equipped and a great location for viewing the ocean and the mountains from their upper deck. The A/C is free from 7 PM to 10 AM, which was sufficient for us to keep the house cooled, and the Wi-Fi was reliable, which is helpful given the spotty cell service in the area. « We stayed here for two weeks. It was a wonderful location for us. We initially chose Casa Makoshi (2 bedroom) because we were taking our Son and friend and they don’t dive. The pool and lower level space, as well as several restaurants within walking distance for them while we were away diving. They ended up not making the trip because of an illness.
