This property is located West of Gulf Drive, on beautiful Park Avenue, which puts you close to everything the north end of the island has to offer.
This "Beach Block" property is near Pine Avenue where you will find small locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and clothing boutiques. The City Pier are also right near you. West O'Gulf has all the charm you would expect from staying at a Salty Mermaid vacation rental. On the first floor, you will find the spacious main living area which offers a separate dining room great for entertaining family and friends after a long day at the beach. Directly connected to the living room is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen for all your cooking needs, along with two guest bedrooms with a full bath and a lovely covered porch accessed by French doors from the great room. The top floor features a guest bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle underneath and the spacious master suite with a spa bath, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The Pool area is surrounded by professional lush landscaping for your privacy. The heated pool is half-covered to keep cool from the Florida sun during the summer months. Light up the gas grill for a bar-b-que with family as you relax in your own private tropical oasis. Just off the Pool area, the garage has been converted into a Hang out room with a Flat Screen TV and Ping Pong table for your enjoyment!
