About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Paradise Cove House snuggled in the Canyon 15 minutes from town.

This is a home where you step outside and you are surrounded by nature. We have deer and Wild Turkey. Just a short walk away is the creek where you can watch many types of birds or see turtles bathing in the sun. Inside is a nice spacious house with three bedrooms. But you will not have so travel far for shopping and entertainment. This is a place where you can have the best of both worlds, all the nature and still get a pizza delivered to you

Scenic, Quiet and relaxing
Nice getaway on the edge of the canyon. Lots of wildlife came by the living room window. We saw deer, various birds, foxes. It was a lovely place to chill.

Great Palo Duro getaway
We were looking for a place to stop between Denver and Houston and had never heard of Palo Duro before, and are grateful for this nice place near the state park to be able to break up the trip.

Beautiful secluded property
Very close to Palo Duro and Amarillo proper. Tucked out of the way but very accessible. Great option if you're traveling with a dog - large yard and plenty of room to run.

Summer Road Trip
We had a great time! We stopped here on our way to Colorado, driving from South Texas. We visited Palo Duro Canyon, which was amazing! We ate at the Big Texan Steakhouse, so much fun! The house was great!

Nice place
Great location while visiting Palo Duro Canyon. Nestled back into the canyon. Drive way was a little rough with our car, especially in the rain. But the house was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for hosting us!

a great place to stay
This property was super comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on our recent hiking trip. We loved the plate glass window in the living room and the fire pit area outside. We saw a little curious grey fox that was watching us (from a distance) and many, many deer. This place was fantastic and we will stay again when we are hiking up this way. One possible improvement-bird feeder in the middle of the plate glass window. So many species of birds, it would be really cool to see them up close!

Nice vacation spot close to many wedding venues
Like the house and the location wasn’t too bad. It rained heavily on the 1st night which made traversing the driveway difficult. Should be a little more info on the driveway conditions. Overall would stay here again.

Excellent Stay- Highly Recommend
This property is in a perfectly quiet and secluded area for great privacy and solitude in nature. Yet, it is also close enough to town to make it convenient for anything you might want to do. The home is beautiful, extremely clean, well stocked, and has lots of extra amenities like board games, hot teas, and lots of little special touches that the owners carefully thought to make available. The communication was fantastic and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I need a quiet get away. Highly recommend!

Private escape
Beautiful 3-bedroom getaway secluded from the city and other neighbors. Burn ban was in effect so unable to have the fire pit in use. Easy checkin process. All amenities were available for our use. Quick drive to Palo Duro canyon for day hiking. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Perfect Location
The house was the perfect location for our trip to Palo Duro Canyon. It was about a 20 minute drive to the entrance of the park, so we hiked all day then came back to the house to grill and relax by the fire pit outside. Each morning, there were deer right outside the window too! On our first night, we realize the propane tank on the grill was empty. I messaged the property owner, and they immediately brought us a new tank!

Great location. Solitude and Privacy. Furry friends.
Great stay. Very relaxing. You don’t have to go straight up the “ramp” as shown in the picture. There is a less steep winding path to the left. The “ramp”did give me a chance to use the locking rear differential on my truck (that I never use) and I got the hang of it. (you have to take a run at it) There is only a Keurig machine. We brought our own coffee with grinder so that was a bummer. We only found the My K-Cup in the drawer when we were about to leave. Lesson learned as it seems so many people now use Keurigs. There is a gas station/convenience store not far away. We had mule deer and fox visitors.

Lots of room
The directions to the property were great. It was clean and cute. The kids enjoyed the pingpong table and the basketball goal. There's a fire pit in the backyard and 3 TVs. It's about 15-20 minutes from the middle of Amarillo. Nice and secluded.

Gorgeous sunsets, mule deer and sitting in a Canyon
Home is comfortable and as pictured. Wildlife is just outside the door or walking past picture window. Just wish it had a second bathroom or half bath. Driveway is mostly dust, needs more packed gravel. Didn't take our Trike off the trailer as not sure we could make it back up the driveway. Loved the back patio, in fact I want some of those patio chairs.
