"Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. "Broke my leg during my stay (fell on the ice) and the service before my return flight was fantastic. Needed a bit more assistance due to crutches and was well taken care off by everyone working there. Since I couldn’t walk far I got to eat dinner there often. The menu is small and simple. And would have loved there to be more restaurant around the place. But I choose the hotel because it’s close to the lift. Too bad I couldn’t ski at all. The holiday was ruined by the accident but the stay was...
