For those traveling with furry companions, you'll appreciate the spacious backyard, perfect for pets to run and play. We've even provided patio furniture, allowing you to soak in the beautiful scenery.

Pet Deposit (Refundable) $100 per pet

Substantial amount of hair in linens (bed sheets, blankets, towels)
Any amount of pet hair on soft surfaces (couch, chairs)
Urine stains inside or outside
Failure to clean up dog poop

~ If a guest is eligible for a pet deposit refund, the refund will be processed within 7 days of departure.

~ Any last minute booking we will require a photo of all adults Drivers License

~ Our early check in fee is $30 so we can expedite housekeeping and get you settled in by 2 pm

~ Our late check out fee is $50 per hour, 1pm is the latest we allow, anything requested past this would require you to book for an additional night

Barely adequate
The outside of the home was not appealing. The paint was peeling and it looked tired. Once inside, we found it to be swarming with little black gnats, even in the fridge. On our last night we encountered small round bugs on the living room wall & floor. No lights on back patio. Kitchen not well stocked.

in a word....WONDERFUL
My children had to come to Albuquerque, last minute for their father's passing. I was desperately trying to find a comfortable space for them to stay at where they could rest at the end of some very long, very emotional days. This was the perfect place, quiet neighborhood, beautiful house, very clean. everything they needed to recharge each night before facing the daily grind. the backyard was a Zen place so they could sit and reflect. The owners did a wonderful job of making this the perfect place to stay. Thank you for all the hard work that went into this place.

Fantastic property.
The house was great! Very nice setup with all of the extras. Housekeeping needs to step it up a little and the bed could be upgraded… but I would use it again.

Great location
We were in Albuquerque for family member stay in the hospital. The homes location was great- close to the hospital, stores, and restaurants. The home itself was okay. The decor was cute however the home itself needs a deep cleaning. Surfaces were clean, bathrooms were clean- sheets, towels and linens were clean. The back yard has left overs from a previous dog, there was trash, socks, & dog treats from a previous dog under the coffee table, the couches are warn and appear dirty, there are scuff marks, unpainted patched marks on the walls, spider webs and wasps nest in the front and back porch, no grass in the back yard & the patio furniture cover was off upon arrival, leaving the furniture dirty. The pictures of the home are a bit deceiving as they don’t show the actual current state of the home.
