The first time we rented, a few years ago, the house was a new build - we fell in love with the location and the house and didn’t fuss too much about the lack of equipment given that we assumed the owners were new to renting their brand new home. « Super agréable, la maison reflète très bien l’annonce. Nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous étions 10 personnes et chacun avait son espace. Situé au centre de l’île, nous pouvions aller à la découverte de l’île facilement. Merci pour ses belles vacances! »

« What a beautiful property this was! The cottage was fully stocked from the kitchen to the bbq, beach to the firepit, and washroom amenities to indoor games (for rainy days) - nearly everything was provided. To have 3 generations enjoy themselves, every day on this property was so special. The private beach was visited frequently and during low tide the kids had fun following hermit crabs and collecting snails and sea shells. We struggled with the HVAC which malfunctioned on our first night...

« We had a great stay at the Salty Sea House. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and it was in an excellent location! Very close to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, fun shops and coffee! We had a really lovely time and would not hesitate to return. »

« My family and I had the « wow » factor as soon as we got out of the car. The property and the house were the perfect getaway for our family. We visited the island but we could’ve stay all week at the house and it would've been perfect vacation too. We were lucky enough to see a shouting star the first night and later that week we admired the sunset on one side and a rainbow on the other!! The house is perfect for a family. Lots a thing to do. « Darcy's place is awesome for a family vacation with lots of playing areas outside for kids and dogs. He is really accomodating and he replies to your questions within the hour. It's close to Cavendish which is a bonus. »

« We stayed for 7 days at Humble Pie Cottage and found it comfortable and quiet. Highlights included morning coffee on the deck listening to the neighbour’s rooster off in the distance ( not loud, as houses are a distance apart), and watching sunsets from the living room windows. The cottage was well equipped in the kitchen, and there was also a washer and dryer. There is a winery just up the road, and groceries are available nearby. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation. »
