« The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. « Our 5 day stay at the Yool Caanal Condo was Excellent! The cleanliness, location and the view were fantastic. When we had questions or issues the manager was on top of it immediately and made sure we were satisfied. Cleaning services were great!There are 3 restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as 2-3 mini grocery stores. I would recommend a stop on your way from the airport to a regular grocery store if you’re wanting to cook meals while you’re there since there isn’t one we found close by...

« La Sirena is an absolutely exquisite property with lush plantings around a lovely big pool and wide walkways leading to the rocky beach. « Beautiful home. Stayed Christmas week with my husband and 3 teenage daughters. Great communication with just— everything was as described. Clean. Safe. We rented a car so that we could drive ourselves to beaches, Xcaret, etc. wish we would have found the BIG grocery store in Tulum sooner— we went a couple times to the Super Aki— which was a decent store for groceries. But there is a Walmart style one farther into Tulum. I can’t remember the name. Lovely trip. »

« Visited mid February and had a good stay. Condo was in great condition, daily housekeeping was helpful, AC worked well. Fourth floor location was quiet. Always found chairs on the beach, although pending the tide and amount of sargassum, the stretch of sand in front of the complex was thin. Definitely recommend water shoes for gettin in the water if front of complex. Good walking distance to restaurants. Convenient, small market across the street for snacks and ice cream. »

« Just as advertised! i liked that it was inside the gated / manned security gate of Akumal. The condo had a nice breeze throughout the day, and the bedrooms were both roomy and comfortable. I enjoyed the hammock on the patio, and although I did not cook, while I was there, everything was set up in the kitchen that I would’ve needed. The pool was in great condition, and lounge area very comfortable. The onsite restaurant was a definite plus. I definitely recommend this location! »

« We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! »

« This was an adorable condo. The building was very quiet. There were 2 large pools, which we had to ourselves most of the time. The restaurants in the Tulum Country Club were amazing. We also bought a day pass to one of the all inclusive resorts. It was chaotic and confirmed that the quiet condo was the right choice for us. It waa a great stay and the host was very quick to respond. We cant wait to go back. »

« the TAO community was excellent.the unit needs some improvements & repairswe loved the pools, Wellness centre & the Beach Club. The Market, restaurants & Golf course are all close to TAO. There should bean information package in the unit withshuttle schedule and instructions to operate theappliances. we rented a car for 2 weeks butnext time we would rent a golf cart for the wholetime. The community is beautiful, safe, and relaxing. We are looking to come back next yearin a larger unit. »
