Romantic half-timbered house

The 2013 listed status restored half-timbered house stands on a 3500-square-meter plot and has access to a small forest behind it.
In the vicinity there are many small sandy beaches. A beautiful beach with great opportunity to rent beach chairs, located in Ueckermuende. The area is ideal but not only for swimming and hiking. It is including the ability of small and large cycling (bike hire in Ueckermunde, brings the wheels to the house) to do, to go to sailing canoe, horseback riding and more (two equestrian centers very close).

Ahlbeck located at the Szczecin Lagoon in the eastern part of the Ueckermünder heath near the Polish border.
The Szczecin Lagoon is located south of the island of Usedom and has a water area larger than Lake Constance.
There are alternating wet meadows, lowland,
wide pine and beech forests and heaths.
In 1987, the 'Ahlbecker lake bottom' declared a nature reserve and belongs since 2005 to the 'Natural Park Szczecin Lagoon'.
Nature lovers can not only many birds (cranes,
Fish and eagle) and large butterflies (500 species), but also admire orchids, reeds and sedges.
In Ahlbeck is one of the most beautiful Baroque timbered churches in northern Germany. It was built in 1754 and extensively restored a few years ago.
