« A step back in time into a time when service mattered. The rooms are set above the restaurant area but I couldn't hear a peep- wonderfully soundproofed. The rooms delivery lux feels and with complementary continental breakfast and a washer and dryer this made for an amazing mid-road trip stay. The staff were professional and helpful. Only issue was accessing the hotel was limited to coming through the dining room or via the bottle shop drive through. »

« A very poor experience - the house was dirty - I had to clean the kitchen - the fridge was full of meat that wasn't frozen and smelt - it was so unhygenic we didn't eat in it - the bedroom was musty and had cobwebs throughout - the bathroom was dirty and there was no toilet paper - someone arrived home at 11.30 and let dogs into the house so that I was bailed up in the bathroom.we want a refund for a very poor experience »

« Mary-Anne & Chris, our wonderful hosts, left us wanting for nothing. This amazing retreat had everything. Situated on a beautiful property, every room had an amazing view. Attention to detail makes this retreat stand out from the rest. Perfect location to all the premium Adelaide Hills wineries, just difficult to leave the house as the gardens & scenery is hard to leave for any length of time.
