"The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Cannot state enough how fantastic the staff was. The property is showing its age a little bit, but it is still in good shape. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic. The dinner buffet which was extra was also great. The room I stayed in was also excellent. The pool was in great condition. Enjoyed spending time in the pool. Short walk to the beach and other establishments on the beach. "

"Highlights of our stay at the resort. 1. The amenities were great. The resort took care of everything including pick up and drop off at the airport - for a modest fee, of course. This service really impressed me. Did not have to line up to pay for all the govt fees and terminal fees at the port and they have their own boat that takes you from their welcome center to the port in Boracay. Something that would probably make this better is to have their boat drop us off at the resort itself. 2....

The private beach was a nice touch because it was not overcrowded and I enjoyed all the staff being attentive, nice, enthusiastic, & professional. "We liked the vibe at this busy, family orientated hotel. The hotel transfer from/to the airport was seamless. The rooftop area for the ocean view was lovely and we enjoyed the daily fire dancing shows. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Our rooms were poolside so the constant traffic & noise from the pool was annoying at times. Our rooms also had step in bath/showers so not good for mobility impaired guests."
