"This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel & I’d definitely stay here again. The hotel is spotlessly clean, there’s always staff making sure everywhere stays pristine. Breakfast is also really good, there’s a selection of cooked food, fruit, cereal & pastries so there really is something for everyone. Location is great, overlooking the sea & many restaurants/bars nearby & only a 15 minute walk into Ibiza old town. Also have to give a special mention to Gio who works around the pool. She works...

"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. The man at the desk was sympathetic but obviously not able to override his boss. Eventually a man came and broke the door and the frame to get her out. Whilst we was given a...

"Great stay and amazing location next to the beach, with close amenities. Great breakfast and pool areas with lovely views. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing to watch is it is large hotel where some rooms do not have nice views/are not refurbed to quite the same spec as photos- shout out to Santiago who was very understanding of this but just a note for some feedback. "

"Decent hotel.. very rushed during breakfast and it’s odd how breakfast finishes same time as checkout. One would think that there was at least half an hour in between. They virtually chase you out of brekki at 11am and maid I virtually at room door at 11am. Room was a bit dusty but ok. Bathroom vent leak too"

"The front desk management wasn’t very friendly. No hello no acknowledgment at all. The most helpful and friendly person was the guy named Athios in glasses behind front desk . And all the staff in bar, breakfast room. Will definitely come back again "

"The hotel was great but the service in the adjoins bar was terrible. 45 mins to get a drink served. Then after requesting a second drink had to walk out and go to the main hotel bar when served in 5 minutes. "My room had a great view of the water. There was a balcony, too. Room did not have carpeting which makes it feel cleaner as carpeting holds dirt and dust mites. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Staff was helpful and there was parking available for free as we had a rental vehicle. And because we traveled in the off season, the room rate was excellent."

"We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."
