« This was possibly the most welcoming and well appointed room we have experienced in all of our travels. Very comfortable bedding but the moment we walked in, we were wowed. Only booked a standard room so didn’t expect the amenities, roominess, convenient hooks around the room which were incorporated into the lovely decor. « This house was perfect for our vacation. Clean, easy walking to the beach, restaurants and shops, and just off the 30A bike path. Karen was super helpful and easy to communicate with. »

« Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. »

« DO NOT STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING!! The property management company told us upon arriving that we had to bring our own garbage bags, there were barely any toiletries and we were promised bicylces and the code to unlock them never worked. The 2nd day the smoke alarm went off in the morning for no reason and we had to leave for the entire day since the decibels were so high we couldnt stay in apartment. « The property was OK, but definitely not worth the money. Upon arriving, we had issues with an alarm going off every time a door was open. There was also chirping noises from smoke detectors needing to go off. The worst thing was that the owner felt that it was OK to give the code to a random person to tour the property while we were renting it. My children were by themselves at the time while I was at the store and it was very unsafe. The golf cart had issues where the gas gage said it was full...

« Pros: location, layout, nice outdoor area with bbq pit, pool and jacuzzi, 4 beach chairs, golf cart and 8 bikes were great to have available. Cons: wifi didn’t work all week, none of the coffee makers worked, ants on kitchen counter, clogged toilets, sinks and tubs, multiple ceiling fans didn’t work, outdoor TV broken (to their credit they did replace during our stay), overall cleanliness (very, very dusty on windowsills, baseboards and ceiling fans).
