« Great position. Very nice spacious room nice quality and outside area. Only problem was the room wasn’t sound proof because we was next to the staff room which had a washing machine or dryer going at 10 o’clock at night. Would stay again though. »

Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. « The staff were really friendly during our stay, the breakfast was fantastic and service was great. We were so disappointed to discover on the last day that there was another side to the breakfast menu which we hadn't turned over! We will have to return and sample the breakfast pancakes! :) Thanks for a great, comfortable and friendly stay. »

« A convenient place to stay, just a short walk from the train station. The room was nicely decorated and although advertised as cosy, it was fairly spacious. The bed was comfortable and more than sufficient amenities for a few nights stay. The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and the shower wasn’t very hot or powerful. Great food in the pub downstairs from a varied menu. »

« Did not get notification about key code for entry has to ring direct and finally got the details poor communication. The apartment is really nice but the electric heater is too loud, a simple wall convector heater would work better. »

« Good communication throughout as this hotel.does look closed initially.anf I think it works on opening for bookings as no main reception and on booking out leave keys in room and leave via fire exit. Demi however was extremely welcoming and apologetic about there being no kitchen or bar services due to.power .. The room was very spacious, plenty of hot water and beds very comfy. Don't let other reviews put you off. Although your not normal run of the mill hotel were staff are on hand think...

« Really well presented B&B, clean & tidy. The hosts are friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very close to centre of Windermere, only 5 minutes walk to the shops. Lake is about 20-30 minutes walk from the door. »

« Just me and my young son went and we were given a lovely room that was big enough to fit a travel cot, well stocked with tea, coffee sugar and lovely toiletries on offer to use. When I contacted owners about something, it was sorted so quickly and the house keeper we met was lovely »
