« The staff here is extremely welcoming and helpful. The outdoor bar and pool area is a great place to relax. The breakfast had so many options. I stayed in an economy room, and while I was grateful for the AC, it did tend to leak and create a puddle, so dont leave any valuables under the unit. « My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely...

« We loved this Inkaterra property! I debated long and hard between this and Reserva Amazonica, in the end I chose this because it's newer and has wifi. The food here is fabulous, especially considering it's location. All the staff went above and beyond with each interaction. The guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is no pressure for tips from any staff. The only "cons" I noted are: our cocktails weren't great, the margaritas were undrinkable (appeared to be a new person in training)...
