« Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. « It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus .
