"The hotel is good clean and good for the price. The only thing was one staff member at the front desk was so mean and rude asking if the steam room could be used because it was steaming inside and she said it not working I came back into the pool area after a few minutes someone got inside the steam room, the staff didn't know their facility. When we arrived there to check in she was so intimidating and asked for ID for everybody I had never asked before when we were going to another hotel 1 id...
