There was a reason we asked for no payment in advance, payment to be done on arrival, we needed 3 different invoices but they charged all from one company card, so, so annoying, here the major responsible is Expedia than Pamuk City Hotel."

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"-The single room is very small and hardly enough space to open the suitcase. The bathroom area is a little bit more spacious though. -Needed to ask for it before the room was cleaned. -Breakfast was very nice with many dishes, however they should separate smoking and non-smoking areas. I is the only hotel during my three-week stay in Turkey in which i had to have my breakfast with endless second hand smoke (smoking is bad enough, but the COUGHING that comes with it is the most disgusting...

"Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out."
