« Overall clean and very spacious accomodations. The breakfast was somewhat lacking in choices, and the staff did not seem to keep things replenished very well. Good location, right next to a main interstate highway (I-4), with lots of dining options within a short drive. One pet peeve: glasses or coffee mugs were sometimes available so that you didn’t have to use paper cups but were often not replenished when they ran out. « Townhouse is clean and provides basic essentials to get you started. Located in the back of the development so it is a long walk to the pool. Master bath drain in the tub is clogged and holds water for awhile when you are showering. Thermostat has a sign to not go below 70 degrees of you will be charge additional fees for unit maintenance. It was mid 70,s -80 everyday we were there and it was too warm for our liking . Also alarm kept going off in the main part of the home that 7 notifications...

« The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful »

« Property needs fresh painting, no hooks to hang towels and bathing suits outside or in the bathroom. No tv instructions. Spa tub never got above 88 degrees after requesting on day 2 increase to 95 and 100. Pool maintenance stopped by the last day and said it was 88 degrees and could possibly a burned out compressor. Spa temperature never was resolved. »

« House was very clean and perfect for our one week stay. Plenty of pool towels. Club house was within walking distance. Grocery stores are close by, we needed to purchase a few basic items for our stay, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper. Would stay at again. Host was informative about what to expect entering into the gated entrance. Felt very safe staying in the area. »

« We had a great stay! The house was great, good location. Lots of towels and stocked kitchen. Wish we had dishcloths. Also wish it had been possible to be a bit more flexible to let us into the place when it was ready as opposed to having to wait until EXACTLY 4:00 to get in. Also, the place is listed as fitting 12 people but we could only get 10 bracelets for the clubhouse/pool area. Overall a good stay and we would go back. »

« Family getaway for an extended weekend. Kids had a blast. The games room was great for the kids and the games actually worked!. Movie theather was also super nice. The club house was nice too. Just a friendly reminder to future guest make sure hou list anyone in your party who could possibly drive as a driver because security is tight. If you are not listed as a driver they will not let you in. I also recommend having access to a car, no delivery or ubers/lyft can come on the property. Outside...

One of my favorite parts was the pool—it was well-maintained and perfect for unwinding. I also loved that the water park was included, adding extra fun to the trip.
