« The Hotel is OK only because it is the less expensive I found with a bit of comfort. The room was not clean (hairs in the bath and behind the door of the bathroom, sticky bedside table, bugs...) The first woman (50 years old or so) at the reception was not able to look at you when you were speaking to her, the other were nice. The breakfast is OK. »

« The house was very comfortable and welcoming and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were a generous size and the interior design was "upscale homey". We will definitely be visiting again. If I could make any recommendations: I am not sure if the facility has recycling available, but if they do, there are no clearly marked bins to separate materials from teh trash. And the pool table was a little unever and could be refelted. But overall experience was great. »

« The Knickerbocker room is beautifully decorated and has been tastefully updated. The bathroom is a really good size. There is also a cute private balcony. The home is very clean and doesn’t have any unpleasant smells that many older homes have. This B&B is close to many attractions in the Finger Lakes region. « The stay was great! We were dropping our son off at Ithaca college and my brother came as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be independent and comfortable. The place was so clean, it seemed like we were the first to ever stay there. The coffee shop on-site was also great! We had everything we needed to make a few meals there as well. »

« Steven and Jeanette were consummate hosts. Wonderful breakfasts everyday but very pleasant amenities throughout each day. They had helpful suggestions on what to do and the best wineries to visit. They also helped organize tours for the guests. A beautiful place with a beautiful view. Can't wait to go back! »

« Don is a very attentive host. He came to greet us when we arrived. He is nice enough to put crackers, fruit cups, etc in kitchen for us. And he answers all my questions any time via text message. »

« The property was extremely outdated and infested with bugs all over the windows and few crawlers on the floor. The AC was useless, barely cooling the room in the sweltering summer heat. The property manager was awful, telling us to find another hotel at our own expense when the power went out, leaving us without electricity, water, or working toilets. Do not stay here—if the power goes out, you're on your own with no backup generator, no support, and no basic amenities. Not recommended. »
