« Our stay at The Cranberry Moon Inn was fantastic. This B&B was convenient located in Bala, which allowed for us to enjoy a variety of winter activities in the area. The B&B was beautifully finished. You really can see the thought that was put into how it was planned and decorated. The owners, Kim and Doug, were excellent hosts. « The cottage itself was quite adequate. Clean but minimal. Comfortable beds. Its not really possible to swim by the cottage. there's a fair bit of boat traffic and the water is shallow with a lot of rocks and obstacles. You have to swim off the dock. I also messaged several times with various questions before our trip with no response. And when we arrived the internet wasn't working and they didn't get it fixed until the second day. The staff did their best and were quite pleasant, but it was not...

« Séjour agréable dans région magnifique même en basse saison. Personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique, et veut vraiment améliorer notre séjour. Hotel décoré avec beaucoup de gout mais quelques irritants a régler notamment le divan lit qui n'est pas confortable. Aussi quelques autres problèmes qui peuvent pour la plupart se régler facilement avec un peu de volonté. »

We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! They also had a great playlist of as soon as we entered the restaurant!
