We just came from the Best Western Plus in Carpinteria with newer beds, carpet and bathoom so the location in Tahoe felt dated. Still a decent hotel at an affordable price. "

"This was the perfect place for a quick ski weekend. I definitely want to come back! It wasn’t the newest or fanciest but there was a cute fireplace in the lobby, everything felt clean and comfortable. The latte machine was exactly what I needed, and if it had been colder I definitely would’ve gone in the hot tub. Close to downtown Truckee and Palisades. For my budget it was 5 stars!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The entire family (and our dog Mimi) enjoyed the condo and well-equipped kitchen, baking cookies after a day of skiing. Communication was great with the owner and she even went the extra mile when our daughter left her teddy bear behind. Thank you! "
