"A standard looking and feeling motel. I was in town early and had nothing to do when I arrived, and when I called for an early check in they let me do so with no charge! Really appreciated that. "

"Mostly exterior walks,entrance steps and below dish sinks in kitchen area. More important are the grounds need to remove winters leaves,branches and trash. A professional arborist should be consulted and identify scope of work needed. Very nice grounds with age. Remove vines that are killing trees."

"The building is in rough shape. In my room the paint was peeling off the walls, the bathroom mirror was on the floor and there wasn’t any hangers in the closet. I would never recommend this place "

"This motel was perfect for an inexpensive one-night stay! Although it’s not the fanciest nor the most up-to-date accommodations available in London, I did find it to be clean, and all my interactions with the staff were great. My only major complaint is that is inconveniently located in the middle of the construction on Wellington. This obviously isn’t the motel’s fault, but it is something to be aware of. "The room was small (suppose to be a suite with a kitchen). It had a small sink and a mix of dishes and utensils that clearly came from a thrift store as they were things your grandmother would have had. Nothing was clean. The shower was disgusting, the water out of every faucet in the room smelled like sulphur. The carpet was stained all over, everything in the room was falling apart. Toilet paper was just on a metal rack, no roll hanger/dispenser. There were rules that no visitors after 11pm or...

"The room was very small, the rug was supposed to be green but was old and beat up it looked brown, the bed was uncomfortably hard and had a lean from side to side, it took a long time to get hot water, and the furniture and electrical are out dated"
