"Friendly helpful staff, good location, clean rooms but old and falling apart with serious plumbing issues. NIce to have fridge, microwave and little coffee pot in the room. Parking is perfect right where you can see your vehicle. Nothing fancy but it works on a budget. Stayed here before and will be back again. "

"This is a hostel, so if you want 4 stars go somewhere else. The property could use quite a bit of TLC, but the linens and rooms were clean. The staff were awesome and the overall vibe of the hostel was exactly what I hoped and more. The staff do fun nights and simple meals. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. "

"We had 9 family members including 4 kiddos. Everyone enjoyed themselves with the house amenities (foosball and the hammock). It was a great location, some went on runs to the beach and all of us went to the zoo, The house was everything it was said to be. We all had a great time."

"The property was great. The owner was always quick to respond to questions and was great to work with. PB is our favorite place to stay and this condo was our favorite so far. Tons of restaurants, bars and things to do close by."

"It was a pleasant little place to stay. Very clean and it had everything a family could need. All we needed was bring the food. Double pane windows did make a significant impact on street noise at night. It is a busy neighborhood, lots of restaurants and stores to walk or bike too. Parking was right in front of place. We simply opened the car door went up the stairs and to the front door. Easy!"

"One of the cleanest and nicest properties we’ve stayed at before! It’s a nicely/appointed space with so many thoughtful amenities. Couple quirks include a neighbor practicing with their band very loudly, an ice maker that doesn’t work and the main level tv wouldn’t connect. Other than that we loved it and would stay there again! "The views were amazing! Gorgeous! Host was super responsive. Home was very clean and well maintained. We loved sitting outside at the fire pit and watching the views every night. Fit our group of 5 easily. Plenty of parking and easy access to Pacific Beach or freeways. We would stay here again. "
