"Great location! Wonderful hotel with kind and attentive check in staff and concierge. My only complaint was the lack of attentiveness at their restaurant Eve. I ordered a drink from two different wait staff and never received it. Our original waiter completely disappeared. The food was great though. I would still recommend this restaurant with the hope that maybe it was just an off night "

"That the window had been lodged open from the outside we were in a basement room overlooking the street level above, the window had been lodged open with an empty beer bottle and we had no idea on returning to thd room later that night as there is a single glass sliding window within the frame and we were cold and put it down to the location. Large room, good quality furniture and fittings, comfy bed (the look of the mattress might be disconcerting as it’s so thin but don’t worry it’s great!), good pressure in the shower.
