« Nous sommes rentrées dans l’hôtel et il n’avait personne à l’accueil pour nous servir. Après 5 minutes, quelqu’un est venu nous répondre. Elle était très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué. Rendu à la chambre, j’étais un peu déçue. La TV ne marchait pas, le wifi était déficient et il y avait plusieurs tâches. Le coffre-fort n’avait plus de batterie. La salle de gym est beaucoup plus petit qu’elle semblait être sur les photos. Elle est aussi situé à côté de la piscine, donc il faisait chaud....
