« Not the most soundproof place. As it’s on the same street with various bars and restaurants, be prepared to have live music permeating through the walls until 11pm. Besides that, the place is okay. Just the floor is not cleaned. »

« I paid to Merchant room rate is so much higher than hotel rate. Room facility very old and spoiled aircon and need to shift room middle of the night.hard to get car park around, cause us paid parking penalty rm150. Unclear TV channel. Not worthy to paid for RM260 pernight!!! Very disappointed! »

« Really disappointed.. uncomfortable bed, bathroom was not clean, no hot water and the 'breakfast' was plain embarrassing. Tried to organise airport transfer and when we got there at the agreed time they wanted to delay it with one more hour without advising us. »
