« This hotel is located closed to downtown Ganja with shops, restaurants and banks. The surrounding area is safe and quiet at night. The room I stayed is very clean and its amenities are in very good condition. The breakfast buffet is very good. »

« Overall it was nice facility, clean room and bathroom. Didn’t have chance to try pool and spa area. Only disappointment was about billing system; I was given a hotel receipt in local currency which was less than I paid via this platform. This aspect is important for me as I was in a business trip and claim reimbursement. »

« My stay at Goy Gol Lake Restort Hotel was terrible, because after staying 2 nights, the hotel asked all people to leave the hotel as they had a special guest. Which was nightmare and terrible experience I have ever had. Not recommended to stay at this hotel. »

« Très bel établissement haut de gamme, belle piscine, petit déjeuner très copieux, parking privé surveillé, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Par contre situation excentrée de la ville qui necéssite d'être véhiculé ou d'emprunter un taxi. »

« Avoid. They claimed we had to pay again upon arrival, though our reservation and payment was confirmed. We obviously didn’t. No wifi in the room, staff didn’t help us with it. They charged us for the pool (which was dirty and smelly) without previous notice. We didn’t get the room we paid for (which had a balcony). Very nasty owner, blaming us (not sure what for) instead of helping out. »

« We were in Naftalan just for one day, to have an oil bath. The hotel is very confortable, rooms spacious and clean, and also the health center. Unluckily Naftalan is a place where elder people go for therapies only, and does not offer much. Anyway we had a pleasant stay. »
