"Overall was a good stay! Comfortable beds and bathrooms. However the night attendant had zero customer service skills. It was 1 am and we had been driving all day from our cross country trip from Florida to California and now back home. We simply needed a place to rest our heads at night. We had done this many nights so it has become routine. I even called before 11 pm to let them know we would be arriving after midnight so they could check us in. "The elevators were broken, you could only enter in through the front entrance, it was pouring down rain, it was only my daughter and I with a room on the second floor. The day we left it was around 7 AM the front desk was closed with a shade down and nowhere to checkout or leave the key. The building smelled of weed. I guess you get what you pay for. Thankfully we just needed it to spend the night."
