"The hotel is a good location and by public transportation. We stayed for two days. Copabana boardwalk is couple blocks from the hotel. It could be crowded on weekends. Police presence everywhere. "

"The place elegant. We were very pleased with our room and the wonderful,accommodating staff who spoke English. The only exception was the rude bartender.The breakfast buffet was very good. Because it was a Sunday only the buffet was available which was fortunate because it was the very best. During our weekend stay there were a lot of families with kids. David during our stay it had an and families which dominated the pool. The beach was not nearly as crowed as Ipanema or Copacabana"

"It’s quite noisy. I was able to hear my neighbours, door banging in the middle of the night and chattering the corridor. I think the wooden doors are part of this noise issue as they let the sound through."

"Very good breakfast. Good location. Rooms are a bit small and bathrooms are a bit clunky, but overall loved the stay. Metro was a short walk. Would go there again."
