"Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations in value, and also the facilities. The top floor swimming pool was great! The buffet was also superb."

"Everyone is very friendly. I’d say make sure you know basic Portuguese, as communication is difficult outside from reception. It was very close to the beach, they provided beach towels so it was really nice to have that. "

Current state: Property Condition: • Looks like abandoned hospital • Empty, dark common areas • Hot, unmaintained hallways • Appears possibly managed by neighboring hotel Room Issues: • Dirty sheets • Insects present • Damaged door (security concern) • Missing housekeeping service Booking/Check-in Problems: • Reservation not found despite advance booking • Payment verification issues • One key per room policy (additional keys cancel previous) Positive note: Bar staff was friendly.
