Having the hotel located within the Iguazu National Park with a wonderful view of the falls was a very positive experience. The jungle room was not within a jungle as described. It was at the front of the hotel facing the driveway and when we sat on the balcony there was noise and exhaust fumes from vehicles. We,could therefore not keep the balcony door open for fresh air. The bathroom did not have a good circulation of air and the fittings were rather dated with water not flowing through the shower and sink properly. We expected a much better quality of room for the price paid. The music playing loudly near the pool was very unpleasant and spoilt the ambience of the surrounding natural beauty. We found the monkeys prowling around to be a nuisance and had to be careful if we ate anything outside. Our check in experience was very poor which is not what we expected from a hotel of this standard. However, later on we did get some accurate information from two very pleasant receptionists.

In excellent condition, well taken care of

The property is lovely. A beautiful walk in a tropical forest. The staff were so kind and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to make the trip a great experience.

It’s very beautiful and closer to the Brazilian border. You have to be comfortable with the sounds of the birds and animals you would be as it’s in a jungle surrounding. The food from the restaurant is pretty tasty too.
