Vaulted woodbeam Pine paneled ceilings. Living and kitchen area with large picture windows that open to deck and expansive views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains. Large 60 inch TV and Sonos sound system. Realistic log gas fireplace. Newly installed air conditioning that can be controlled individually in each bedroom.
We provide a complimetary welcome of coffee, tea and small snacks. Lots of fluffy white towels.
The kitchen is stocked with misc spices and condiments. A full service of dinnerware. Mixing, serving and baking dishes. Nice pots and pans. We also provide take home containers for your convenience.
Pool table, numerous boardgames, books of local interest and some snow play/sleds provided. Spa and beach towels/chairs, umbrella, ice chest provided. There is a gas grill on the 3rd floor deck.
Outside our door you will find paved hiking and biking trails through the pines that lead to a little wood bridge with a pretty little creek running beneath it.
Just minutes from Casinos, beachs, Edgewood Golf, seasonal sledding and snowmobiling. Tahoe Events Ctr. Heavenly Village Gondola, shopping and dining.
Children are fine, however not recommended for toddlers, as there are open three story stairways.
Garage parking for one car. Reserved parking for a second vehicle.
The association has a seasonal pool, hot tub, saunas. Pickleball, basketball, ping pong and more.
Now for the rules. It is a County requirement for VHR's to be licensed. If you rent anywhere in Tahoe you have them. They protect you and us. Thank you, and please take a minute to read the following.
