"Chalet in a good location for local restaurants & near buses for ski lifts. The listing implies the hot tub is included but actually this is extra as we were surprised to find out during our stay. Would also recommend to the hosts that a review of kitchenware is undertaken. There were not enough knifes for food preparation or wine glasses for number of occupants allowed in the Chalet as an example."

"Das Haus war sehr schön und die Lage zum Skigebiet top! Die Ausstattung war für 14 Personen auch ausreichend.Leider war jedoch die Sauna, welche für uns starkes Kriterium für das Haus war, die ersten 3 von 4 Abenden defekt. Es war sehr schwierig, eine verantwortliche Person bei der Agentur zu erreichen, welche sich um das Problem kümmert. Ein Refund o.Ä. wurde uns leider auch nicht angeboten, obwohl wir natürlich für die Sauna mitbezahlt haben.Der Keller ist mit Tischkicker und Dartsscheibe...

"Chalet Crown of the Alps is an absolutely stunning property! Our family of five was thrilled with its beauty, comfort, spaciousness, amenities, and views of Zell am See and Lake Zell. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the dining and living areas very spacious with amazing views. "Ons verblijf was prima maar wat ons betreft zijn er wel wat aandachtspunten. 1) De houtkachel in de kamer was kapot. 2) De oven in de keuken was kapot3) De strijkplank was kapot4) We kregen 2 handdoeken per persoon voor de hele week dat vonden wij te weinig, helemaal in combinatie met het sauna gebruik5) Het gebruik van de aanwezige Hottub voor 150,- nodigt niet echt uit tot gebruik. "Wir (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben uns in dieser gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in Piesendorf sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war super sauber, sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Lage ist perfekt, man kann direkt am Haus loswandern oder mit der Pinzgauer Lokalbahn entspannt von A nach B fahren. Im Ort sind 2 Supermärkte, ein Bäcker und ein Schwimmbad vorhanden. "My only issue with the property was that there was no air conditioning. The rooms were very hot. Much hotter than outside. It was 85F outside and cooled down later but not in the rooms. The only way possible to sleep was by opening the balcony door and putting the mattress next to it. That being said, this seems to be the norm in the other hotels in Zell am see as well so if the airconditioning issue is not there I would rate it 5 out of 5"

"Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"The apartment is modern and perfect, with everything you need and a wonderful view. We were very comfortable. We didn't receive an e-mail prior to our arrival with the check in code, but we rang the phone number on the front door and managed to get in after a 10 minute wait. "
