"Very good location, clean and all basics provided, however the plates and cups could do with replacing, as a lot of them are chipped and not matching. I arrived late, in the dark, and luckily my son lives in the apartment block next door so he got the key for me from the hausmeister. There is no obvious hausmeister office outside, he lives inside the block, so you would need to know which number he is in to press the buzzer for entry, and that was not provided. Also, no towels or tea towels are...

"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

"Great apartment to stay during our ski trip for a week. We, a family of four, enjoyed our stay very much as everything we needed was there. The location is a bit uphill from Kaprun center. It is about 15 minutes to walk but you can always take your car and easily park almost anywhere you want. The cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer makes it a very comfortable stay."

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten allerdings verbessert werden für den Preis, den man zahlt: - mehr Geschirr und Equipment in der Küche- etwas mehr Deko, um der Wohnung ein bisschen mehr Leben zu geben- 2 der 3 Schlafzimmer konnten abends nicht lüften, weil das Asia-Restaurant so gestunken hat bzw. Abluft in die Zimmer kam. Es hat bestialisch nach Fett gestunken. Frische...
