"We traveled with 2 toddlers.. it was not easy but they made the experience amazing! They had the cribs ready before we even arrived! The room was very big and clean. The staff was very friendly and so understanding about the little people. Ohhh and i must mention the bed!!! It was made of the softest sheets i have ever slept on. With the perfect firmness. I highly suggest you stay here! "

Good breakfast options (really recommend getting breakfast included in your stay), good food overall. Nice staff, good spacious rooms for really competitive price. "We stayed for one night on the way to the mountains as it was conveniently located for Wieliczka visit next day. We were very positively surprised. Firstly, I booked the room just one (instead of 4!) and with no breakfast. I realised an hour before arrival and the lady at reception was extremely helpful and adjusted my booking on the phone (as I booked family room there was no extra charge). We arrived late at night and there was absolutely no problem to check in. All was quick and smooth. The breakfast was offering a lot of choice of hot and cold food as well as sweets and fruit. Very nice coffee too, we returned for the second cup to enjoy on the sunny terrace opposite reception later. In the dining area, we were greeted with a smile and our children were happy to be able to pick all the food they fancied. On 1st floor there is quite good playroom, where our 4 and 7 year old had plenty of fun before we had to leave. The family room was very spacious and the bed surprisingly, truly comfortable. Overall the decor and furnishings are outdated but clean. Bedding and towels were perfectly fine, too. for a 3* hotel we were truly positively surprised. I believe it is the people who work there that make it also so much better. Thank you for being accommodating, welcoming and helpful!"
