"I stayed here one night after landing in stone town. Perfect spot to nap on and off to get through the jet lag and be right in the heart of stone town. Extremely walkable to sites. The rooms are spacious, excellent shower and super comfy bed. Very clean and was just what I was looking for. Please note that it was a bit difficult to find. The taxi just dropped me off on the main road because cars can’t access the small streets. Once you know where it is, it’s super simple to return to"

"I booked the hotel for thirty days and ended leaving after 4 days. The pictures may look pretty and filtered, and the name sounds wonderful. But the experience was not, this place should be named Eden Encampment. How this is labeled as a 3 star hotel is beyond me. This is at most a 1 star hotel on its best day. "I stayed one night, next morning the smell of sewerage from the bathroom drain was horrendous. I left the hotel immediately . The stairs to the top floors are steep & dangerous . Not a pleasant experience ."

"PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. "this hotel is amazing especially considering the cost. my initial hotel was cancelled on me at the last minute. thank heavens for that. this place is clean, close to amenities and extremely comfortable. we loved the bed.
