"This was a beautiful property with an extremely spacious cottage available for us! The grounds are beautiful and the staff were gracious and extremely helpful! It's right on the ocean. Highly recommend for everyone."

"Staff seemed unhappy Although the advertisement says non powered water sports are included that is not true. It is a hike to do anything from the hotel such as boring diving, tours etc Everything is at least an hour away. High tide eliminates the beach. Low tide brings droves of annoying “beach boys” selling everything- they are very persistent and will kill your desire to swim in the sea. Hoses on the beach look nice but know what they will leave behind - nothing done to clear that"

"Room and bathroom slightly tired ( refurb coming soon as hotel been bought by RIU.) Gardens and grounds superbly maintained. Food choices cater for everyone. Staff v friendly but limited English. Beach superb. "

"Property was beautiful. Staff fabulous. Great welcome from the host Sharon. The lodge rooms are in the middle of nature - enjoy the monkeys, bush baby and Aardvarks!! Beach walks at low tide are a must as well as swimming at high tide. Happy hour is great if you’re travelling alone - it was all superb! Thank you "

"Loved the breathtaking views, service, room…The experience was everything to be desired except: - the vegan options were limited, however, upon request, we were granted. Also, they labelled items as vegan but they were made with milk. - I didn’t like that the cleaning trolly was parked outside my door for the duration of the stay. - I also didn’t like that in between the tiles in the infinity swimming pool was mouldy. "

"The hotel is an historic site in UNESCO world historic Stonetown. The shopping district and amazing restaurants are in the immediate area. The hotel is full-service and convenient to attractions around the island. It is on the beach and offers a good, full breakfast. The Gelato bar offered delicious, exotic choices. I really loved our stay!"
