"We paid for 2 studios/apartments but on arrival they would only allow us to have the 1. They also charged us €40 for having a friend around to the room on 2 occasions. "Honestly this place is a no go, I’m being completely honest there was 9 of us. 8 at majestic hotel and I had to book here as I wasn’t sure whether or not I was going to zante a couple months back but eventually did. "This was unfortunate, we were unhappy. It may be nicer during the “season” but we were so disappointed we checked out shortly after arrival and booked a new hotel. Our “partial sea view” room had 1 window that looked out at a cement wall and there was no sea in sight… secondly, the entire “lobby” was under construction and the property seemed surprised at our arrival. Fantastic sea views and we loved our stay - however the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard and we felt a little disappointed by this. Mirrors - shower - smell of towels and a rogue slipper found under the bed. Lacks the attention it should have. However we had a good deal in the room so perhaps we shouldn’t moan! "The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. "Staff were extremely helpful, grounds were beautiful. Lots of cats and little pups around (not sure if strays or if the hotel was caring for them) but all very friendly and loved feeding them. Rooms spacious and clean. "

"The Marelen was perfect for us, the breakfast had many options, the pool bar was top notch service, its location is perfectly between the beach and main road for shops etc. We were visiting for a few days for a wedding so staying in different hotels and multiple people mentioned how they really liked our hotel compared to others in the area - we are hoping to be back for a proper holiday next year!"

"We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didn’t mind, however worth noting if that’s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while it’s close to everything you need, it’s also private and quiet."

"Had a very enjoyable one night stay at Kalamaki Beach. Welcome was great and m shown to our room by the duty manager. The room was perfect for short stay. The bathroom was clean and functional. The pool area was quiet , clean and relaxing. The guy that runs the pool bar is very pleasant and friendly. We were moving on to another nearby hotel but offered that we could still come and use the pool and the snack bar. The location is perfect for an on the beach holiday but the rooms are set back a comfortable distance over several buildings. The breakfast was good and covered a wide option for diners. It was good to be able to sit outside and enjoy breakfast in the comfort of the veranda."

White Olive Elite Laganas - All Inclusive

"This hotel is on the outskirts of Laganas, far enough from the strip, but close enough if this is your thing! Just without the noise. The hotel was spotless, the amount of cocktail choices were more than most we have experienced (and far better!), the food was on point, the staff are so friendly and could not have been more accommodating. Sunbeds were always available regardless of the time and despite the number of people, the pool never felt overcrowded. I would confidently recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed."

"Great place for an all inclusive stay. Close enough to walk to the main laganas strip but still far enough away to avoid the noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. Buffet food was better than I expected. A great range of healthy salads, pasta, stews, breads, dessert. Every lunch time and dinner there was a chicken, pork, and seafood option. Breakfast was also good with a mix of fruits, yogurt, pastry, and cooked items. There are multiple pools and enough space to spread out. The beach is only 5 minutes walk away as well. "
