Included breakfast was excellent. Really liked the upgraded room. Parking at hotel garage is nit a good option, expensive and you have to reserve in advance: staff recommended parking in streets but that is almost impossibly uo find a spot; ended up using ParkIt garage (simple to reserve spot online)

Great location Mediocre room-pictures are misleading. The should show actual rooms on the internet. Restaurant staff was good. Front Desk staff seem Like they could not care less.

The staff was always amazing. Everyone did their very best to help me when ever assistance was needed.

My stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was assistance with recommendations, directions, or just a friendly conversation, the service was flawless. I didn’t want to leave! During my stay, I decided to book a facial at Kosmetika Světlana Němcová, which was conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel. The short walk was pleasant and added to the overall experience of exploring the city. Upon arriving at Svetlana’s studio, I was welcomed with the same level of care I had experienced at the Cosmopolitan. The facial itself was incredible—by far the best I’ve ever had. Svetlana’s attention to detail was outstanding, and she took her time to ensure my skin was treated exactly as it needed. The products she used were top-quality, and her technique was gentle yet highly effective. My skin has never looked or felt better—smooth, glowing, and rejuvenated. If you’re planning a stay at the Cosmopolitan Hotel Prague, I highly recommend adding a visit to Kosmetika Světlana Němcová to your itinerary. The seamless experience between the two made my trip unforgettable.
