"This lodge is located off the beaten track. It takes about 20 min to get here from Mindo on a narrow dirt road. The accommodation is basic but nice. Staff is small but very attentive. My cabin was spacious with one queen sized bed and three single beds (two of them in a loft). Nature around the lodge is beautiful."

"the casa is up a road away from the town so you have to get a taxi to anywhere except the tarabita to the waterfalls. The environment is lush and beautiful. The room of the cabin was spacious and clean and comfortable. The first night I stayed there was an accident which knocked out power to Mindo for most of the day, I think the water heater was electric and thus there was no hot water. The staff were very nice and helpful. I did not take meals at the casa so can’t comment on the food."
